Klozzo Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 August 2026 · Applies to Klozzo: Block Puzzle on Android and iOS
This policy explains what information the Klozzo: Block Puzzle mobile game (“the app”, “we”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Klozzo is a free-to-play block puzzle game supported by ads. There are no in-app purchases, and you do not need an account to play.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The app uses the following third-party services, which may collect limited data automatically:
- Advertising identifier. Klozzo shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may access your device’s advertising identifier — the Advertising ID on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS — along with related technical data (device type, coarse region, ad interactions). See Your choices below for how consent works on each platform.
- Gameplay analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics (with Remote Config) to understand how the game is used — for example, which levels are started and completed, and how power-ups and ads perform — so we can improve level design and balance. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
- Crash diagnostics. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to capture crash and error reports (device model, OS version, app version, and a technical stack trace, tied to a randomly generated installation identifier) so we can fix bugs. Crash reports do not contain your name or contact details.
Your game progress (levels completed, stars, gems, streaks, unlocked themes and power-ups, settings) is stored on your device and is not uploaded to us or tied to an account. The app is fully playable offline; the data above is only sent when you have a network connection.
How we use information
- To display and measure advertisements (the app’s only source of revenue).
- To understand gameplay trends and improve level design, balance, and stability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use this information for any purpose other than operating and improving Klozzo.
Third-party services
These services process data as described in their own privacy policies:
Your choices
On iOS
- App Tracking Transparency. On first launch the app asks for your permission before it may access the IDFA for personalized advertising. If you decline — or if you have Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track turned off — the app does not access the IDFA and ads are shown in a non-personalized form.
- You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or per-app under Settings → Klozzo.
On Android
- Advertising ID. Reset or delete it in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting the Advertising ID causes ads to be served in a non-personalized form.
- Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Everywhere
- EEA, UK, and Switzerland: you are asked for consent on first launch through Google’s consent flow. If you decline, ads are shown in a non-personalized form. You can change your choice at any time from the in-game settings.
- Analytics: because analytics is tied to a resettable advertising/app identifier and not to an account, resetting that identifier resets the association.
Data deletion
Klozzo stores your game data only on your device and holds no account or server-side profile for you. To delete all data the app has stored:
- Android: uninstall the app, or use Settings → Apps → Klozzo → Storage → Clear data.
- iOS: delete the app from the Home Screen, or use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Klozzo → Delete App. (“Offload App” keeps your saved progress; “Delete App” removes it.)
- Either action permanently removes all local progress, gems, and settings.
- To stop analytics/ads association, reset your advertising identifier as described above before or after uninstalling.
Because we do not maintain an account or server copy of your data, there is nothing further for us to delete on our side. Questions: itinyjava+klozzo@gmail.com.
Children’s privacy
Klozzo is intended for players 13 and older and is not directed to children. Ad content is configured to a family-safe (“G”) rating, and the Gambling & Betting ad category is blocked. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
